Beetle Drawing Competition

The Science, People and the National Park events at Longshaw and Bakewell this month, saw a display of budding artists.  Whilst studying ground beetles under a microscope, children were invited to draw what they could see and enter their finished masterpieces into our competition.  The results were outstanding and made judging very difficult. However, a competition isn't a competition without winners so we have picked our favourite two from each age group; Up to 5 years, Six to eight years and Nine years and over.  The winning drawings can be seen on our Facebook and Blog pages.
